It is October and we are slammed with work! So much so, that our September newsletter is being written in October. This is the first time in close to a year that we are seeing real activity at all levels from all clients – large/small, regardless of industry and position.  Technical positions are becoming increasingly hard to fill despite escalated unemployment. Low mobility (the ability to relocate for a new job) is continuing its downward trend and becoming a factor in the unemployment rate.
