TITLE:
Corporate Recruiter

LOCATION:
Winston-Salem, NC

DESCRIPTION:
The Corporate Recruiter will be a member of a busy and professional Human Resources Department & Corporate team. This position will serve as the onsite liaison between PinPoint Solutions and our client. Qualified candidates must have several years of experience recruiting at the Professional and Management levels. This position will also need experience in sourcing for multiple areas and industries (Engineering, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, Sales). This position will be supported through a PinPoint researcher and have access to all PinPoint resources.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive and manage full life cycle recruitment process; including but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, screening, reference checking, and presenting jobs offers.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to define requirements.
  • Supervise hiring processes to ensure adherence to all EEO, ADA, and other government compliance requirements. Maintain necessary files in accordance with aforementioned laws.
  • Promote company and career opportunities in the community.
  • Continually identifying and cultivating relationships with top prospects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 3-5 years of full life cycle recruitment experience
  • Ability to clearly understand hiring manager needs and assess potential candidates versus those needs
  • Experience using multiple recruiting strategies, including behavioral interviewing
  • Strong screening and client/candidate management skills
  • Excellent communication, organizational and problem solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task and good time management skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment to achieve goals
  • PC proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent record-keeping skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with strong customer service orientation.
  • Knowledge of common human resources practices and experience in employment law and/or government compliance regulations that affect job recruitment
  • Perform other duties as required.
