Recruiting Researcher

Greenville, SC

DESCRIPTION:
Westport Intl is a boutique retained search firm in Greenville, SC. This position will support a new outsourcing contract for a strong multi-billion dollar client in NC. The Recruiting Researcher is responsible for pro-actively building and managing a pipeline of qualified candidates for professional and management level openings for this project. This position will utilize advanced sourcing techniques including internet search engines, social media networks, job boards, and other networking resources.  The position will work closely with our recruiting team to develop and execute successful sourcing strategies aimed at generating candidate flow that meets overall recruiting goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategy to continually source and present qualified candidates
  • Serve as project expert on sourcing options through industry networking
  • Continually evaluate and apply new sourcing methodologies to actively seek passive targeted candidate pools
  • Advise in-house recruiters on trends and developments in the external market that might impact recruiting strategies
  • Utilize corporate database to track candidates and sourcing data



Requirements:

  • 2+ years Recruiting and/or Sourcing related experience, with strong focus on advanced sourcing and networking strategies
  • Expert knowledge of sourcing and research methodologies including online web tools
  • Proven track record of developing creative and innovative recruiting strategies
  • Excellent knowledge sharing skills
  • Demonstrated strong technology aptitude
  • Ability to manage sourcing requirements for multiple requisitions at a time, which requires effective time management skills, ability to set and manage one’s own priorities, and ability to adjust to change in direction as a result of shifting business needs
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work productively with minimal supervision
  • Four year degree
