DESCRIPTION:
This position has full responsibility for all global activities including business strategy, product development, organization and talent development, sales growth, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, associate relations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develops business, channel, market, new product and sales strategies to meet and exceed sales growth targets
- Use policy deployment to establish and achieve breakthrough year over year performance
- Meet and exceed targeted improvements in safety, quality, delivery, cost and innovation
- Drive organization, talent and leadership development tools to create and develop a superior organization and is a “net exporter” of talent
- Provide strategic and tactical leadership to all functions including Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Operations, Customer Service, Engineering, Human Resources, and Finance.
- Meet and exceeds working capital turn targets
- Lead associates to achieve business goals while driving measurable improvements in associate satisfaction
- Oversee new product roadmaps and applications to anticipate and respond to market and customer needs
- Provide superior customer service and satisfaction
Experience:
- A track record of meeting or exceeding targets in the areas of revenue, share, operating margin, product development and tactical operations
- Developing and implementing organization and talent development plans including recruiting, developing and top grading department level managers.
- Must have a working knowledge of lean manufacturing and process improvement tools with experience driving breakthrough improvements in one-piece-flow, inventory turns, on-time-delivery, and quality.
- Experience in any of the following industries a plus:
- Medical Device
- General Industrial
- Test & Measurement
- Tech Equipment (Hardware)
- MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE RUNNING A $400M P&L TO
BE A CANDIDATE.
- Client would prefer someone came up through marketing.
- Experience with a world-class global manufacturer.
Education:
Undergraduate degree; top MBA.

- The successful candidate will have a strong track record of delivering or exceeding operational and financial results, creating strong followership, building a superior team and delighting customers. Must be able to drive and manage change, be non-political, creative and possess a strong desire to win and passion to excel.
- Requires strong leadership, communication, problem solving, teamwork and financial analysis skills. Must also possess superior intellect, be of exemplary integrity, and epitomize the highest standards. This includes honesty, attention to detail, and responsible in character.
- Must be a "hands-on" leader capable and willing to tactically compile and review data and “dive deep” as needed to provide leadership and coaching to others. Must be process oriented, able to identify and implement new and improved processes that drive efficiency, cost reduction and results.
